Over the last year my life has undergone quite a lot of changes. I have moved home twice and started a new job with lots of smaller bits of life inbetween. Although I have really enjoyed he changes, and now live in a great place and have a great job now, it did mean that my photography suffered a little. I have taken a few shots over the year, but have hardly done any processing or uploading of those images.
After ages of coding, designing, learning fiddling and tweaking the new look gallery section has been launched! Although the old design (Based on Monoslideshow) looked and functioned perfectly well, it wasn’t ideal. It had no content management system and not enough flexibility for my needs.
Phase 2 of the website development is now under way. Not long ago I decided to finally construct this website after having attempted and failed at making my other sites. My background is not in programming, so the idea of making a website from scratch was a little daunting. However after lots of reading and playing with ideas, the site you are looking at was born. I am very pleased with the outcome, and has taught me a lot about webdevelopment.
